The apartment is located in the San Giovanni district and has an area of about 140 square meters. The focal point of the project is in the living area, “a space within the space,” a multifunctional cube with a TV unit facing the living room, but inside it houses the kitchen with a dedicated snack corner and a functional console for the entrance. The materials used for the construction of the various elements that make up this volume are wood, glass, steel, mirrored walls, as well as the use of color, which was especially fundamental for the kitchen area, as it set it apart from the rest. To complete this environment, a large glass partition inside the living room again divides the spaces, housing a study area and a small reading room for relaxation. The idea remains to divide while always maintaining a connection. The transition to the sleeping area is represented by a large pivoting door that blends in with the surrounding walls, leading us into a new dimension. The master bedroom with its bathroom consists of a first part of full-height wardrobes that, if necessary, can divide this area from the sleeping area with a large curtain. Here too, colors have been fundamental in creating backdrops, scenes, and geometries that enrich the spaces, giving them their own character.
